TRANSFORMATIVE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

Why a Leadership Program?

The dramatic changes in the structure of the world of work, the form of work, the pace and complexity, require new management and leadership approaches, ones that create an enabling and flexible, encouraging and effective workspace.

The world needs a new breed of managers, leaders Those who combine performance and professionalism – "Medlars", with interpersonal skills higher than ever – are attentive to people in a way that creates connectedness, in a way that encourages innovation, creativity and collaboration. In other words, managers who are leaders with diverse intelligences.

Managers understand the expectation and want to improve, be effective, influential, and work positively and successfully with their team or group. The speed of change does not always allow for the time required to develop the necessary skills and perceptions.

The program was specifically designed to bridge this gap in an effective way.

Who is the program intended for?

The program is the product of many hours and years of work with managers at various levels, and is based on the need to develop managerial skills, but more importantly, understanding the conduct and personal perception that affects the outcome.

Deepening each individual's managerial identity through personal and group work creates a more appropriate management path for the needs of the individual and the organization.

The program is relevant to organizations that see a need for people development with an emphasis on promoting partnership.

In order to get the best out of ourselves, to be the better version of ourselves at this point in time, it requires going deep within.

Growth and change occur in understanding the source of internal leadership ("mindset") and acquiring leadership skills as it is expressed externally.

How does this happen?

Each meeting allows the group, the management team, to explore itself in the personal and professional aspects of the work, and to formulate the best path for the desired continuation.
A combination of in-depth and diverse knowledge, the wisdom of the group, and engagement with essential and burning issues allows for a connection between the theoretical and the practical, between thinking about things and how to implement them, between the individual and the unique.
Each meeting focuses on a different aspect of administrative work:
