Is failure necessary for success? It turns out that a large part of our ability to build ourselves and succeed lies in the ability to allow ourselves to experience failure. This means that we are willing to take a risk on something new that has no predetermined outcome. We may succeed, we may not. How we leverage this situation for the next thing is the question of true success.
The main question is not success or failure. The main question is what you do when something doesn’t work out for you. That’s the whole story.
Frustration, crying and teasing?, suppression and continuing the race?, self-blame?
How can we really succeed a little more next time?
Tools for observation, understanding, and planning are key. Do you have them? Or maybe you should simply improve these skills?
