It’s not appropriate to call it fear, you’re exaggerating!!
I’ve been through a thing or two in my life, in my role I’ve already seen a few things!
You’re exaggerating. Why those words…
It’s just scary to make a decision because it’s not easy!
It’s complicated, it has a lot of implications…so it takes time…”
Of course, it’s unpleasant to hear that we are cowards.
And so on in adult life.
It is much more pleasant to think
That the reason we don’t try something we really want,
We don’t make a decision to move from a place that is not good for us.
Because it’s really complicated,
There is no simple solution,
Or our kindness and consideration for others, such noble sacrifices.
But in short, in simple language
Without tiring word laundry
This is about fear.
It could be the fear of failing, or disappointing people.
The fear of being in a conflict situation
Or even the fear of dreaming of another possible future.
Fear that works in us over time has a destructive mechanism.
One that makes us lose focus, get angry,
To dwell on negative thoughts
And so it leads us step by step in the end
To the loss of the courage within us, the courage to do and to be
The courage to dream, to be curious, to try.
And without courage it is much scarier to try.
This is how we get stuck in a “loop” of thoughts for days, weeks, years.
And sometimes a whole life.
If there’s a spark of imagination about something else better
If the dissatisfaction has already exhausted itself
You can start making some moves.
To eradicate fear
And move towards a new space in your life
