We do what we know and are used to doing,
Usually the same habits, behaviors, and actions are repeated over and over again.
In things that work for us, it’s great.
In the less good things, in the mistakes, it’s frustrating.
It provokes anger, frustration, and disappointment.
From ourselves, how have I not learned what I have not understood until now?!
Trusting certain people too easily
We don’t hear ourselves and give space to the voices of others.
Trusting others instead of ourselves as if they know more
We make mistakes that are familiar to us and think it’s a matter of fate, luck, or we blame someone else.
What needs to happen for us to truly learn from our experience?
The answer is to stop, observe, and think about what really matters and why.
Why did I do what I did, what motivated me, why with this person in particular,
What is there in the situation instead of the time that I reacted like that?
What’s happening to me that turns me on every time?
This learning about ourselves from observing the experiences in our lives
It is she who creates the development, not the experience itself.
Because we have endless trials and experiences, and every day
The question is what do we do with them.
Stop for a moment, think and examine.
Understand ourselves
Get to know the thought process
Hear the fears and inner voices
Understand the considerations
Only then will we truly learn from experience.
And if not,…we will continue with another episode of our private telenovela that will be very similar to the previous episodes, and to future episodes.
