It’s good to be inspired by other clients! Working with international companies creates new opportunities and experiences that are educational and enriching. Duplicate, copy with adaptation or simply inspiration for something new. I am happy to share workshops, team and manager training, and in general processes that have worked great. Processes that have created a significant and lasting impact.
This is also an invitation to get acquainted with what I have been doing recently and in light of the changes caused by the Corona virus, and to think together about ways to implement it in your world and in your organization.

Why is this needed? To create effective discourse, To connect people into a meaningful whole that moves in a common direction towards common goals and fulfills the essence for which it exists. Create commitment, interest and partner happiness for significantly better results.
Team training is a real need in light of the dynamism of the work, the movement of people, the variety of professions on the same team, and the variety of tasks. Team coaching explores together with the team the unity both at the level of action and communication. What will allow each member of the team to be fully and truly present and do their best? Create a different, open and collaborative work process that makes you want to work, be and stay together.
I trained several teams this year in a way that made a significant difference to the collaborative work and the quality of work life. One of the important sentences that was said was “We never really talked about ourselves, about who we are together as a team. Everyone works on their own, on a client, but this togetherness has not existed until now. It opens up so many new possibilities….”
The process is made up of a number of focused team meetings in which the manager and all team members are present for joint creation in open dialogue.

Online training for managers and team leaders!
The Corona has destroyed the cards. Everyone knows Zoom, everyone is ready to meet on Zoom. It’s great! Since the Corona, I have connected with several international companies for online training all over the world. It works amazingly! It is very effective, practical and correct.
When you think about it deeply, it just makes sense. Why waste travel time, traffic jams, and traffic to get to and from? After all, time is precious to all of us. Why shouldn’t managers far north or far south be able to get exactly what suits them? In short, why compromise when there’s Zoom. It works all over the world, why not here?
I am asked if it is different, if it is effective. The answer is absolutely! Effective! And different. But just as good, just as significant, just as influential even if the way is different. And even sometimes it allows more. So if you are also a nationwide organization, who wants management level training for team leaders for people who influence people and the organizational culture, training for managers on Zoom is the right thing.
As a trainer of many managers in international companies in Hebrew and English, I can say with all my heart – it works great!

Managers and leaders in organizations talk about what's important to them on zoom zoom zoom
The change brought about by the Corona situation required and allowed the development of additional new capabilities for creating large-scale meetings on Zoom. The beginnings were somewhat questionable, but with time and in-depth study, this skill was perfected – how to facilitate a meaningful meeting on Zoom, how to conduct a workshop on Zoom, how to lecture on Zoom.
An interactive workshop allows for not only learning but also a real meeting between people for shared learning, experimentation, and practice. Common topics for deepening and learning of people, managers, in various locations in Israel, gather for a Zoom meeting of several hours, with a social gathering, fruitful discussion, and meaningful learning.
The past year and a half have allowed me to create a large number of such meetings, including:

Workshop to promote communication among management members. case study
The workshop was designed specifically for the management of a large medical center from one of the hospitals in Israel, about 15 people. This management is made up of various professional sectors. The main topic that the workshop focused on – how to promote cooperation between management members more effectively. The workshop was allocated a day outside the offices, in a slightly different spirit.
The big question – how do you build a day of discourse from a different direction, one that allows for an experience of deepening acquaintance and connection, along with a connection to the main issues and in-depth work on what is truly important to the team?
The unique set-up that was built included a dialogue between people on several levels of encounter, at a high level of intimacy and authenticity. The talk is not about things, not about theories and principles, but about understanding what things are truly important to the team so that it is possible to work better. The joint investigation raised questions and solutions that came from the team itself.
As the moderator of this day, I did not act in a directing or guiding manner as to what was being discussed. My main goal as a moderator was to create a space that allowed for a real and authentic discourse that allowed the team to explore and examine what is important to all of us and what we are willing to do for it.
The meeting combined knowledge and approaches from team coaching, participatory leadership, and dynamic guidance. The result was a genuine, fruitful, and groundbreaking discourse.
