Every coaching process starts with the person, the role, and the challenges they face
The process evolves with you and what you want to achieve
I see coaching as a way to help people bring more of themselves to their work, creating greater clarity, ownership, and choice in how they lead and work with others
I believe meaningful growth is measured not only by business results, but also by the quality of relationships, communication, and our ability to work effectively together
My work combines extensive organizational experience with coaching leaders and teams, creating space to explore different perspectives, challenge familiar ways of thinking, and discover new possibilities for action
Over the past twenty years, I have worked with organizations across industries in Israel and internationally, coaching leaders at different levels and working with teams in a wide range of organizational environments
My background also includes organizational consulting, change processes, and project management, giving me a broad perspective on both the person and the organizational context in which they operate
I bring this experience into every coaching engagement, helping leaders and teams understand the challenges behind the immediate issue and create meaningful, sustainable progress
Coaching can take place individually or with teams, depending on the goals and challenges involved
Individual coaching creates space to pause, think, explore different perspectives, and find ways forward that fit both the person and the situation
Team coaching brings the dynamics between people into the work, strengthening trust, communication, collaboration, and the team’s ability to work effectively together over time
After an initial conversation, we decide together what approach best fits the goals you want to achieve
