About

I work with leaders, professionals, and teams navigating change, complexity, and high-pressure environments — helping them think more clearly, communicate more intentionally, and move forward in a way that feels more aligned and effective.

My work combines executive coaching, group processes, workshops, and real human conversations — always adapted to the person, team, or situation in front of me.

🙂 Glad You’re Here

Many people know something no longer feels right long before they know what needs to change.

But knowing something feels off and knowing how to understand it are two very different things.

About 15 years ago, after years of working in organizational change, leadership processes, and complex systems, I reached a point where I started asking myself deeper questions about meaning, direction, and the way I wanted to live and work.

That process changed both my life and the way I work with people today.

Pause & Reconsider

In my first career, I worked for years leading strategic and organizational change processes with large companies and leadership teams.

From the outside, everything looked successful and stable — but internally, I felt disconnected from something important.

I took time to step back, rethink what truly mattered to me, and explore new ways of understanding people, communication, leadership, and change.

Along the way, I studied group facilitation, coaching, human development, communication, and participatory leadership approaches that deeply shaped the work I do today.

Over time, what started as personal questioning became both a new direction in life and the foundation of my professional work.

A Combination of Curiosity & Care

What guides me most is curiosity, honesty, and a genuine interest in people and human behavior.

I’m interested in the connection between the internal world and the way we lead, communicate, make decisions, and build relationships.

Whether the challenge is personal or professional, we bring ourselves into every conversation, team, and environment we enter.

My role is not to “fix” people — but to help create more clarity, awareness, perspective, and possibility inside complex moments.

What I’m Most Proud Of

I’m proud of the people I’ve worked with who were willing to stop, question, grow, and make meaningful changes in their lives and leadership.

And personally, I’m proud that I allowed myself to change direction, stay curious, and build a life and career that feel more authentic and aligned with who I am.

Beyond Work

Outside of work, I love nature, the sea, meaningful conversations, music, photography, and quiet spaces that allow me to reconnect and think clearly again.

I deeply value freedom, honesty, simplicity, and human connection — both professionally and personally.
