Training managers and teams in organizations

Leadership development, communication and influence

In the rapidly changing world of work, managerial and organizational success requires leadership, mental flexibility, and the ability to create collaboration and influence. Coaching managers and teams in organizations provides practical tools for developing strategic thinking, effective communication, decision-making, and optimal management of professional relationships. Through a focused coaching process, managers and teams improve how they deal with the challenges that are complex for them. Coaching helps develop leadership presence, manage conflicts, improve productivity, and increase connectedness and a sense of belonging – leading to a stronger, more dynamic, and more innovative organization. Coaching is a deeply meaningful process that allows for more meaningful leadership and influence on organizational results, as well as a work culture that allows people to grow and achieve significant achievements.

Questions and Answers

Coaching managers and teams is another significant way in which I can help people in organizations work better by bringing themselves to be authentic, open, honest, courageous, and responsible, which creates a more effective and healthy work environment. From a broader perspective that takes into account the individual and the collective, the personal and the group, the organization and the individual, processes, relationships, and developments are created that advance both strategic and economic organizational goals and interpersonal, social, and personal goals. Success does not occur if only one of them exists over time.
From this worldview, I work both as a manager trainer and as a team trainer, helping in a dialogic, collaborative and open manner to create an excellent human fabric that enables and promotes.

My understanding and familiarity with organizational work comes from many years of working within organizations in cross-organizational processes, as a facilitator and manager of projects for reorganization and deep organizational changes. This in-depth familiarity led me, after many years, to delve into the world of coaching and provide a response to managers and teams in a different way that also gives room to the personal and interpersonal level, and to understanding interpersonal processes, and the dynamics of groups and teams. This in-depth familiarity allows me to help managers and teams overcome barriers and create processes and relationships that lead to wonderful results.

Today, I have over twenty-five years of work in organizations of all types and industries in Israel and abroad, working with managers at various levels and at various levels. The scope of the meetings and the variety of companies appears in part on the home page, both as reviews, logos, and scope of work.

The main goal of a personal process, unlike courses and workshops, is to allow for a more personal, honest, and courageous observation of the things that motivate us and the things that stop us from achieving our goals and desires as managers and as ambitious people interested in achievements and successes.

I bring my experience, knowledge, and great diversity with me to every organization and every personal meeting with my team. The ability to understand the subtleties and meanings and assist accordingly is the source of my strength, my super power 😊

There are two options for training managers. One is in-person and the other is on Zoom. Since the coronavirus broke into our lives, many have discovered Zoom. For managers, Zoom meetings are preferable and allow for both privacy and flexibility in hours without wasting unnecessary time on traffic. Working on Zoom allows me to support and train both managers in Israel and abroad, in Hebrew and English.

Team coaching, on the other hand, is more challenging online. It is possible and has been tried quite a bit, but from my experience I can say that there are qualities that do not exist online for a team. If possible, I prefer to work with a team face to face. The process becomes more powerful and more effective.
